I’m Alex Salazar

I’m a certified executive coach, leadership advisor, and speaker with more than 25 years of experience in human resources and coaching at the intersection of business and talent, including a decade leading at The Walt Disney Company.

I help corporate executives and leaders make wise decisions about people and themselves.

Often, that begins when leadership feels heavier than it used to; when the stakes feel higher than usual, organizational and people challenges grow even more complicated, change only continues to accelerate, or a leader starts questioning what’s next.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: the hardest leadership challenges are rarely technical. They are human.
